By accessing or using the Drobot Nova platform ("Service"), including the web portal at app.drobot.ai and associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Drobot Nova is a fleet management platform for collaborative mobile robots. The Service includes task management, robot monitoring, teleoperation, map editing, and related tools provided through web and mobile interfaces.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to robots or systems
- Interfere with the operation of robots in a way that could cause harm
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
5. Safety and Liability
Drobot robots are designed to operate safely alongside humans. However, the operator is responsible for ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times. Drobot is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper configuration, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by Drobot Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
